Are Vintage Sweet's bags authentic?

Yes. Every piece is authenticated by licensed industry experts, checked by our in-house team and inspected again on arrival. We stand by our sources and our authentication.

How do I know a vintage bag isn't fake?

Every piece goes through four steps: trusted sourcing, authentication by licensed experts, an in-house check and inspection on arrival. An Entrupy digital certificate is also available on request. A missing card or sticker doesn't mean a vintage bag is fake, so we authenticate the bag itself. See how we authenticate.

Who authenticates your bags?

Licensed industry experts, together with our own in-house team. Our pieces come from trusted suppliers whose stock has already been through several rounds of authentication, and we inspect every piece again when it arrives.

Does every bag come with a certificate?

No. An Entrupy digital certificate is an optional add-on, available on request at an additional cost and issued once the piece is verified. Coverage depends on the piece. Where a Chanel piece has no serial sticker or authenticity card, we arrange a free Entrupy check ourselves.

Where is Vintage Sweet based?

Vintage Sweet is a registered business in Hong Kong. We sell through this website, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping within Hong Kong is a flat HK$30. For Macau and all other countries, the cost is shown at checkout or advised when you message us. We don't collect customs duties or taxes on your behalf, so these may apply when your parcel arrives in your country.

How do I buy a bag?

For pieces available to order online, simply purchase directly with your preferred payment method. For pieces that aren't available online, send us a direct message on Instagram @_vintagesweet or WhatsApp to enquire. We may have stock that hasn't been uploaded yet.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order pieces are currently with our suppliers or vendors. A 50% deposit is needed to secure a pre-order item. Once it reaches us and has been inspected, we will notify you to arrange the balance before it ships. Orders can't be cancelled once confirmed, and deposits are not refunded.

Can you find a specific bag for me?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the brand, style and colour you want, and we'll source it for you.

Can I return a bag?

All sales are final. The exception is a piece verified as unauthentic within 7 days of purchase, with supporting evidence. Full terms are on the Purchase Details page.
