Refund policy

All sales are final. Our prices reflect each piece's rarity, condition and value, and the time and care we put into sourcing, authenticating and preparing it.

No returns or refunds, with one exception

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is verified as not authentic within 7 days of purchase, with the required proof. This applies to all orders, including pre-orders. If we verify that the item is not authentic, we will arrange a full refund. You are welcome to have your purchase authenticated independently for extra peace of mind. We stand by our sources and our authentication.

If a return is accepted on these grounds:

• the refund is processed once the item is returned to us safely, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging;
• the cost and safety of the return shipment are your responsibility until it reaches us.

Not grounds for a return

• Signs of use, flaws and refurbishment that do not alter the design or authenticity.
• Colours that look different on your screen.
• Changing your mind.

Pre-order deposits

Pre-orders need a 50% deposit. Once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the deposit is not returned, unless the item is verified as not authentic as set out above.
