Overview

This website is run by Vintage Sweet Co, a registered business in Hong Kong. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Shipping policy and Purchase Details.

Our products

  • Items are pre-owned and/or vintage unless stated otherwise, and will show signs of use. Please go through the photos, videos and description carefully before buying, and ask us if you are unsure.
  • Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. This is not a defect.
  • Signs of use, minor flaws and refurbishment (such as retouching, repainting or boutique repair, etc.) that do not alter the design or authenticity are normal.
  • All items are authenticated by licensed experts. A certificate is only provided on request, for an extra fee, except for Chanel pieces that come without both serial sticker and authenticity card, which get a free Entrupy check and digital certificate. See How We Authenticate.
  • Most pieces are one of a kind. We may withdraw an item or refuse an order at any time, for example if it has already sold. Vintage Sweet reserves the right to make the final decision on any order.

Prices and currency

Prices are set in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). If you choose another country or currency in the selector, prices are converted for your convenience. The final amount is shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

  • Ready-stock: full payment is needed to secure the item. You can buy directly online where the listing allows it, or arrange it with us on Instagram @_vintagesweet or WhatsApp.
  • Pre-order: a 50% deposit is needed upfront to secure the item. Once the item has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you to settle the balance before it is shipped. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the deposit is not returned, except as set out in our Refund policy.
  • All sales are final. See our Refund policy.

Shipping, duties and risk

See our Shipping policy. Parcels may be charged customs duty or tax in your country, which you will need to pay and arrange. If duties and taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the costs are yours, as set out in our Shipping policy. If you want your shipment insured, tell us before you buy. Once a parcel is shipped, we cannot be held liable if it is lost or damaged.

Accuracy of information

We disclose all the information we have about each piece, but because pre-owned items may have passed through more than one owner, we cannot know every detail of their history. We may update information at any time.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the photos, videos and description of the item, and you accept that the item you receive will closely match the condition shown and described, including its signs of use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
